As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Margaret is governed by the AOR Code of Ethics and Practices.
Margaret studied Indian head massage at the Bristol School of Holistic Therapies and is an accredited member of the Institute of Indian Head Massage.
Margaret has always had an interest in good health and the vital interconnection between the physical and spiritual. She first experienced reflexology in 2000 as part of her breast cancer recovery regime. As a result of this experience, she decided to become a qualified practitioner herself.
Each treatment session is special and unique. The therapist learns as much from the patient as the patient learns from the therapist. Seeing the improvements and positive results of treatments is incredibly rewarding, whether it’s a new baby or a patient finding inner peace after long periods of turmoil. And for Margaret, that’s what it’s all about.

About Margaret
MLG Therapy is run by Margaret Gladstone. She lives in north Bristol and offers treatment around the Bradley Stoke area of the city. She can treat you either in her treatment room or in the comfort of your own home.
Margaret is a qualified practitioner for both Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. She trained at The Bath Reflexology Centre under Rosalind Oxenford who is not only a teacher but is also a well-known author of several reflexology manuals. Rosalind’s course curriculum covered the theory and practice of reflexology, knowledge of other complementary therapies, as well as anatomy and physiology - all the body’s systems and functions.
